this one - along with Ori - is THE essential arcade must-own for the console The graphics, the soundtrack, and the overall gameplay create such a highly addicting experience that makes it extreme hard to put down The only real complaint I have is that it is very, VERY difficult Idk maybe my reflexes and senses are not so good any more LOL but to get all stars one needs superhero powers i guess im good with the rating - its well deserved
a well deserved score - the game is absolutely great and the gameplay is highly addicting fun, love all those black humor and sarcasm and the overall crazyness of the game the only real complaint is that sometimes it gets too hectic/the controls are sometimes not precise enough/the camera gets confused but I agree - SunsetOverdrive is a must-own for every Xbox Action Fan
loved the original - the whole series in general - played the beta of this, decided not to get it Im gonna wait patiently for part 4 which looks nothing less but breathtaking as from the trailer
lmao - thats why I simply dont buy such AAA games at the release - look at the witcher 3, batman arkham knight and so on .. seems like all big developers just rush their games out somewhere midst in development I admit there are certain games - like JRPGs, Final Fantasy, Tales of, or also ResidentEvil - that I also have to own from day one - but for most games its wiser (and cheaper) to simply wait a few weeks after the release I understand that a true Fan just cant wait (when it comes to FF Im also like this) and its a real shame that even such big games from big developers with such a high quality standard and countless millions of budget are having troubles like this - Im sorry for all the players that suffer from this - and its hopefully patched when I will get my copy
on whatever plattform - this is a game everyone will enjoy its highly addictive and great fun, offers so much love for the detail and it even has replay value - one of the best indie games ever made so far, the rating thus is hmmm ... okay and fair I guess ... I admit its better suited for Vita/3DS but its also awesome on the next gen consoles noone will regret the download im sure of it
I can live with that score - for me its a 10, the one point more is because that amazing game was developed in Austria, my home contry Its a game every One-owner owes to himself to experience, graphics, sound and overall gameplay are just tripple A - a must own and surely one of the best games of this gen, not only on XB1
still now - late 2015 - theres not a single shooter on the so called "Next Gen" that impressed me as much as TITANFALL Graphics, Controlls, Sound, overall gameplay experience - its a real showcase for the console, such a shame that the next installment is no longer exklusive - I mean I also own a PS4 and I understad that EA wants to sell more copies, also great for PS owners to have the chance to play it, but MS just missed out on a killer exklusive imo One of my most favourite Shooters of all time
to everyone who owns a One and considers this/wants a new fighting game - BUY IT
not only its total fan service if you are a returning player from the SNES/N64 era, the gameplay is simply put awesome, the graphics look extremely good, the soundtrack is superb (especially the theme from the character selection screen), the controls are great and the characters are unique and fun to play.
If you consider a buy, take season 1 and 2, you will miss out on the classic costumes and the two old arcade KI games thoght, but you get a seriously awesome package. The story mode is meh tbh, but the online Mode is great, there are quite a few unlockables to slightly customize your character and the game makes a polished and technical flawless impression overall.
Btw I dont really like the new characters all that much tbh, but since the old ones are so great I just stick to them.
I would give it a 8/10 since season 2 improved upon the graphics, characters and the overall experience quite a bit.
Im lookin forward to season 3 next year ^^
