Christ, do you even hear yourselves, Sony has developed some very fruitful business relationships with several companies, invested heavily on its first party studios early on, created and still create original IPs, something Xbox and MS absolutely, POSITIVELY didnt give a ***** about, right until now, were they're desperately trying to buy the competition and "cannibalizing" the market, I dont understand, why not just buy Sony and end it all then?
Do not fool yourselves, Microsoft didnt opt out of all the things Sony does to "elevate" the PS brand because they "care about the player" or because of their "goodwill", they simply didnt care, for Sony, PS is probably their most profitable brand and their absolute focus, ask yourselves this question, is Xbox a focus for Microsoft? I dont know, might be now that they're trying to buy half the gaming industry, but it certainly wasnt so far. And for the love of god, quit it with Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy games sell like hot cookies on Sony's consoles and like absolute dogshit on Microsoft's consoles, lets quit this crap.
