So he sacrifice an Xbox and turn it into a cheap Chinese off the shelf handheld? While the idea would had been cool 10 years ago, I would never sacrifice a console to become something it isn't. Also 480p, not HD, non-OLED, not-portable (it isn't small enough to be put in a pocket), no touch screen, no physical game support, and you can't even dock it, it's just pointless. The only way I could see Microsoft ever doing this is if they partner with any of the portable PC branded companies like Anbernic, AYN, AYA Neo, Dell, PowKiddy, Miyoo, Lenovo, Logitech, GPD, Retroid, Asus, Valve, etc.
