I've always purchased Alan Wake on a physical disc and was quite annoyed at a digital-only,one of the reasons, "As creatives obviously, by going digital-only it does allow us more time to polish the game," I can see that, and also it gives you a chance to release something that clearly has issues, and ruined quite a few people's experiences that have followed the franchise, including myself.
