Still not the greatest. All I want to do is to be able to see every single game that's available, and be able to make the search from low price to high or vice versa. It's always fun to look for a game that came out on launch, and if you don't remember the title, you can't find it.
Also, are some people having problems with the prices showing up, or the screen freezing when the trailer is showing when you scroll past the game?
Other than that, they kind of looked like they did a little look at nintendo's Switch's store front, and did the same. It's a good look, but I still wish that we could purchase themes for the background. Would be nice to have some of those like we did on the 360.
Yup. That seems to be a normal thing for consoles anymore. Just like after a year, the price will start to go down and the games won't remain $70 anymore. I remember when Mortal Kombat 2 came out on Super NES and Genesis and they tried the $70 mark...didn't work too well for them and that was it. I also remember the Atari Jaguar trying to charge $100 per game...system flopped and games didn't sell, and that was early 90's. For 2020, the prices seem a little steep for many people who are out of work or cramped with bills, so I'm really thinking that (even though Sony and Microsoft both will sell well), something will happen...especially when they come out and you can get a Switch for $200 or a little more. Going to be interesting this holiday to see how everything goes and I wish all 3 luck, as I'll grab the PS5 next year and save up for X-box...yup, I'll have them both eventually, just like now!!!
There's been huge sales with all 3 consoles...it's nice, stocking up on the games before the next consoles arrive...however, my backlog on all consoles are starting to build up too much, and it's taking my money away from purchasing Ori and The Will Of The Wisps (which is one I really want!!!)
2022??? Man, with some of these games that were announced for Series X and even PS5, that are now getting pushed to 2022 instead of launch...what's the point of even releasing the consoles in 2020??? Might as well release the consoles in 2021 and have more ready for the launches, and get some other things ready to!!!
Gotta admit that I've been enjoying two games for the XBONE...Super Lucky's Tale and Ori And The Blind Forest. Hopefully, I can find the physical version of Ori 2 in stores soon, to have a new one.
Honestly, since I'll probably own both anyways, I think the PS5 looks nicer and sharper...the design will look neat under my TV and it'll definitely be shown...plus the light surrounding it. However, I like the tower shape of the X-box too...reminds me of having 2x Gamecubes staked on top of each other. I think they both look pretty good, and granted, since I'm one that gets the skin covers, the skin covers will cover most for me anyways. Now, I can't wait to hear the console's opening music when you boot them up...kinda missed it on Xbone, but still love all the consoles.
Okay, I don't have an X-box One, but I'm planning on getting one this holiday season...just wondering on a few things about the console. I know finally know that's it's menus are like the PS3's, so I was wondering on if you can download any of the TV Episodes or Movies that were bought on the 360, onto the X-ONE, and keep them on it...also, do you always have to be connected to the internet to watch your downloads or play your downloaded games??? This last part to the question is the most important, as I live in the middle of nowhere, and my internet is fine some days, but horrible some other days, and I hate it when my PS4 doesn't connect and I can't play any downloaded games, but I can on the PS3 (which is nice) and I can on the Wii U (which is also nice). Can anyone give me some really good information about what the X-box One can do in these kind of means?
Glad I'm not the only one running out of HDMI ports. I had to put the PS3 upstairs and right now, the Wii U and PS4 downstairs. Does anyone know if there's an adaptor to add more ports and how much they cost (probably too much)? Also, with the price cut (and if they include Kinect), I may be adding this console with a few games (Zoo Tycoon, Kinect Sports, Fantasia, Sunset Overdrive and the upcoming Fable). Does anyone know if they are still coming out with another Banjo Kazzooi game (they announced it a few years ago), or if they will continue and make another Viva Piñata game????
Just out of curiosity, can someone please list the exclusive titles for the xbox one system for me...at least the ones that are not also out on PS4. Just looking into getting an xbox one, but would like to know what some of the exclusives are for it, and would also like to know what puzzle, simulation, party and platformed games are available in the download-only store.
