@Alduin that's exactly what I said. If they removed them, we'd still pay the same subscription fee but wouldn't get the games at all.
And I don't think there's anyone out there who pays for Gold just to get these games. There's no point in killing it because getting something is better than getting nothing.
I don't understand the hate for GwG. It's free games if you have a subscription. If they scrap it you would get nothing except what is at the mercy of being on Gamepass.
Xbox One launch lost a lot of loyal fans. I was with Xbox since day one of the UK launch and preordered a 360 which I played to death. The One was so limp I abandoned Xbox for the whole generation and have only just come back.
For me, nothing can beat International Track and Field on the PS1 and to a lesser extent ESPN Track and Field on the Dreamcast.
Olympic Gold on the Mega Drive also wasn't bad, though the diving was frustrating.
The games were heavily dumbed down after that. Some events on Beijing 2008 were OK, some awful. London 2012 was just dreadful relying more on button presses rather than button bashing.
Even the Xbox Live version of International Track and Field was much better than those games and that was 8-bit.
Living in the UK at the time, we had to wait until 2002 for the Xbox to launch. I managed to save up the money by selling burned discs of various media at school.
Pretty sure I paid £300 at launch for it and they dropped the price a few weeks later. They sent me Dead Or Alive 3 as a good will gesture for paying £100 extra at launch. Been Xbox ever since.

@Kidfunkadelic83
Yes it will.
Re: Poll: How Often Do You Plan To Use Xbox Cloud Gaming On Console?
I'd probably use it if it ever became available in my country. Doubt it will though.

Re: Midnight Club: LA Surprisingly Returns To The Xbox Store
Thanks! Was able to purchase it, sold the disc version many years ago. Let's hope it sticks to my account.
Re: Nacon Acquires Big Ant Studios In €35 Million Deal
No biggie, the tennis and cricket games are pretty poor compared to what came in the past.
I'm sure we'd rather have Virtua Tennis and Brian Lara cricket back than have to be subjected to these 'games'.
