Alright, let's talk Mecha Break. As you may recall, we discussed this game back in late February when the developer highlighted its timed Xbox console exclusivity, and now the delayed free beta is finally available on Xbox Series X and S.

This beta was actually supposed to be released a while ago — and it was for Steam on PC, where it ended up proving extremely popular and achieving a peak of over 300,000 concurrent players. The hype has died down a little since then, but the game still remains the 13th 'Most Played' title on the Steam platform based on current players.

Now, with the Xbox beta finally available (via an Xbox Store page for the 'Mech Break Demo'), we can finally all check this one out for ourselves! There doesn't appear to be an expiry date for it yet either, so hopefully it'll last for a while.

For what it's worth, the Steam version of the beta surprisingly has a "Mostly Negative" average based on over 13,000 user ratings, although many of the recently posted reviews seem to be positive. It doesn't really matter, anyway - try it out for yourself on Xbox, see what you think of it, and give us your feedback down in the comments below!

Here's a bit more of what you can expect from the Mecha Break beta on Xbox:

"Mecha BREAK is a multiplayer mech game that allows players to choose from diverse mechs, customize appearances, and battle colossal war machines on treacherous terrain. Get ready for the ultimate showdown—blitz, brawl, blaze!"

"In this test, you will be able to experience 3 distinct game modes: 3v3, 6v6, and a sprawling PvPvE extraction game mode called Mashmak."
