2K Provides Updated Launch Windows For Its Upcoming Xbox Lineup

Sports games aside, 2K tends to take its time when releasing big games on Xbox, and a new financial update from the company reiterates some of its planned release windows for a batch of major Xbox titles.

Of course, minds immediately wander to GTA 6 here - and there's been no change in that regard. The Rockstar Games title is still firmly penned for "fall of calendar 2025", which is more specific than the majority of games namedropped in this fiscal update.

Elsewhere, we have Civilization VII set for February 11th, WWE 2K25 coming in fiscal year 2025 (sometime before next April), Borderlands 4 and Mafia: The Old Country planned for fiscal year 2026, and then of course, Ken Levine's BioShock-like Judas coming whenever it's darn ready (or TBA as it's labelled here).

GTA aside, we're particularly excited about Mafia and Judas in this lineup - although both games look a ways off right now. Mafia was only just revealed by the team, and Levine has been tinkering with Judas for what feels like forever at this stage - even if a recent round of previews for the game sounded fantastic.

Anyway, 2K looks like it has a pretty fantastic lineup on its hands in the coming years - with GTA 6 in particular set to be an absolute phenomenon when it launches in Fall 2025.
