Off The Grid is an upcoming Xbox battle royale game that's been generating plenty of discussion in recent months because of its connection to NFTs - although the team describes it as "not an NFT game" as this part of the experience is completely optional.
Of course, the bigger appeal in recent times has been how cool the game actually looks, especially considering it promises an "immersive 60-hour narrative campaign" alongside its mix of PvP and PvE combat.

Since early access began back at the start of October, Off The Grid has attracted much interest on the likes of social media and Twitch, and this was particularly ramped up when the beta arrived on PC and PlayStation 5 as well.
You may also be interested to know that District 9 and Gran Turismo director Neill Blomkamp is heavily connected to this new game - he's said to have helped "envision" the cyberpunk battle royale throughout its development.
Off The Grid: What Is The Release Date For Xbox?
Off The Grid officially launched in early access for Xbox Series X on October 1st, 2024.
In terms of the full release, Off The Grid has a broad release date window of "2024" for Xbox Series X and Series S.
Off The Grid: How Do I Get Early Access On Xbox?
If you want to play Off The Grid in early access on Xbox Series X, you can do so by navigating to the Xbox Insider Hub app and installing the beta from there. Just keep in mind that there's apparently "limited space available" so you'll want to get in quick - once the space is filled up, it'll presumably disappear from the previews section.
- Install or launch the Xbox Insider Hub app on your Xbox Series X
- Go to the "Previews" section and look for Off The Grid
- Hit the "Join" button
- Wait for the registration to complete, and then you'll be directed to install the beta!
