Update (Thu 1st Aug, 2024 16:00 BST): Well, something has clearly gone wrong here as Microsoft is now advertising WWE 2K24 for Xbox Free Play Days, but it's still 2K23 that's included at the time of writing. Hopefully that adjustment will be made over the next few hours - 2K24 is definitely supposed to be part of the lineup this week!

Original story: Xbox has unveiled this week's Free Play Days lineup, and we have three games in total to enjoy for free this weekend.
It's a varied selection this week, and although there's no standout recent release, none of them are a part of the Xbox Game Pass library, which is always a plus!
Here's the full Free Play Days lineup this week:
As usual, you'll need Xbox Game Pass Core (formerly Xbox Live Gold) or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to take part in Microsoft's Free Play Days promotion. The above titles are playable for free from today until late on Sunday, August 4.
In terms of discounts this week, we have a couple to take advantage of here. Way of the Hunter is 50% off on the Xbox Store right now, while Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet has a whopping 90% discount at the moment. WWE doesn't appear to be discounted, but we still think it's worth a try while it's free over the weekend!

Might have resubbed to Game Pass if it was 2K24.
Seems like an oversight if Free Play Days is included with GP Core and GP Ultimate, but not the tier in the middle. Almost as if Microsoft is just as confused by the new tiers/pricing as the rest of us 🤷
@Markatron84 It will be all of them when Game Pass Standard actually comes out 😅 But for now it's just those subs that have 'XBL Gold' access, so, Core & UIt.
I would have preferred WWE 2K24, but with WWE SummerSlam this weekend, it's nice to see a WWE game available to play for free, even though I won't be playing any of the free play days games.

So, it turns out WWE 2K24 is supposed to be included in this week's selection, but for whatever reason it's not!
