It's only been a few hours since Palworld launched on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass (along with Steam), and it's clear that it's going to be an absolutely massive hit, racking up hundreds of thousands of concurrent players already.
Unfortunately, the servers are being absolutely rammed with Palworld fanatics as a result, which means they've become "unstable" and players are getting an error message when trying to create a new multiplayer world. You might be here because you're searching for a fix, and if so, here's what the team has to say about it:
How To Fix Issue With Creating Multiplayer Worlds In Palworld
The developer of Palworld advises that in order to fix the multiplayer issue, you can try "attempting to connect 2-3 times or waiting after launching the game". There's no guarantee you'll be successful though, as it's been confirmed that "the servers have become unstable and you may be experiencing issues connecting".
"Hello everyone, We are blown away with the response to Palworld and we're doing our best to respond to your issues! Currently, our server provider is reporting that due to the large amount of concurrent players, the servers have become unstable and you may be experiencing issues connecting to servers.
We are working to resolve this ASAP! In the meantime, some users have reported success in attempting to connect 2-3 times or waiting after launching the game."
If you come across this Palworld multiplayer world issue, you'll see an error message that says "OnCreateSessionCompleteDelegate == False", and it's an indication that the servers are too overwhelmed right now.
To be honest, we expect the demand to only get larger over the weekend as well, so hopefully developer Pocket Pair can find a way to implement a more permanent fix for this new Xbox and PC Game Pass release.
Speaking of hype, Palworld has already officially sold over 1 million copies in the first eight hours of sale, so clearly it's been a ridiculously big success for the team. Not bad for a game that's still in early access right now!
