Quite a few of the items oh my wishlist went on sale, and at very good discounts. Going to be picking a few things later today.
Disappointing (again) to see price in USD is exactly the same in GBP - eg PGA Tour is $41.99 and £41.99 despite exchange rate.
Hmm Gotham knights at £22 - might be worth a ponder 🙂
@ironcrow86 I recommend it! It has a great story and the combat is super fun too. If you don't mind 30fps, then I believe you're going to love it.
@UndyingInsurgent95 even though I've only just got my series x (and you can definitely tell the difference between 30 and 60) Iv spent the last near decade playing in 30, so I reckon I should be tickety boo 🙂
Might buy GTA 5 for the 8th time
Far Cry 6, Mafia Trilogy and Gotham Knights are all worth their sale prices.
@UndyingInsurgent95 I just wanted to say your Atlas Fallen pfp gif is so ***** hard 🔥😮💨
Surely it’s current Gen by now?!
Damn 2 of those are on my wish list for sure. Hmm... do I want to pull the trigger?
My only problem is there isn't really a true this generation games. These are merely optimized for this generation. It's starting to seem like PC gaming will make a big comeback if neither console will embrace their hardware.
That Tiny Tina Chaotic Edition needs drop to about $25-$30 for me to be interested. The DLC not even legit borderlands style DLC. It's basically hoard mode. Should been free with the game on day one.
@ironcrow86 I am really enjoying Gotham knights. No idea it was 30 fps. And guess what? My head did not explode. My eyes did not melt out of my skull. The 60 fps crowd really are spoiled entitled drama seekers. 95% of time you can't tell if is 30 fps or 60 fps. Pure ridiculousness.
I’m new to Xbox and have a Series X. Other than a couple hours with Infinite, I’ve never played a Halo game. With that in mind, would anyone recommend the Halo: Master Chief Collection for me to try? I heard it launched with issues and I’m also worried it might feel dated. Thoughts?
Also, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is down to £6.24. Would you guys recommend the game?
Thanks in advance, folks. I’d really appreciate your opinions! 😊
@GuyinPA75 I completely agree. I’ve played well over 100 hours of Forza Horizon 5 in the 30fps quality mode and I really can’t tell the difference. I have no problem with 30fps games.
Getting assassin's creed Valhalla sound's precious and possibly worth the cash, thanks for the insight purexbox.
@Cherip-the-Ripper Thanks lol! I'm surprised you even recognized the game. I always thought I was the only one on PX who is hyped for the game.
@ironcrow86 Definitely noticeable but sometimes it's worth playing through a great game, even if the framerate isn't up to standards. I hope you have fun and don't forget to play with every character. Some of them have really cool abilities!
I just purchased Crash Bandicoot 4, I loved the crash Trilogy on Xbox One, So i finally had to pick it up..
@UndyingInsurgent95 oh I'm not necessarily hyped because I didn't dig the Surge games but Atlas Fallen looks dope, and from the first trailer I think I deduced that dude being some random enemy but his entrance is still dope af.
So great gif choice really, been seeing you use it for a while.
@UndyingInsurgent95 Aye aye Cap'n 🫡
I did buy RE8 in the sale
Fancy Far Cry 6 and Gotham Nights.
@The_Pixel_King Hellblade is definetly worth it. Kind of a short game and combat is a bit repetetive (but not to a point where it gets annoying). Story, sound, vo, music and visuals are top tier. You wont be disapointed.
@Bmartin001 Good choice. i liked the Crash games more than I expected. I got 100% in the trilogy and 4 is next.
@Thenewguy @Utena-mobile Thanks for the advice, guys! It really is very much appreciated. Downloading Hellblade now. Still thinking about Halo MCC though.
@The_Pixel_King Nice. The devs recommend playing Hellblade with headphones, so if thats possible you should tried it. Really enhances the game even more imo.
