It looks like SEGA hasn't necessarily given up on the likes Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio and other classic IP, as they've been listed for potential remasters, remakes or reboots as part of a new end-of-fiscal-year results presentation.
As highlighted by IGN, the slideshow gathers a bunch of examples of past IP groups (including dormant IP), and suggests that SEGA is "under examination of which IP to utilise," with various potential ways to make use of them.
Nothing is set in stone here - it could be that SEGA doesn't end up doing anything with these listed titles - but the fact that they're at least being considered is pretty encouraging. In the meantime though, we'd be very happy if Crazy Taxi 3: High Roller and Jet Set Radio Future were added to Xbox backwards compatibility... pretty please, Microsoft?
Which of these series' do you want to see get a revival? Let us know down in the comments below.

Allowing Microsoft to bring Jet Set Radio Future to backwards compatibility would be a good start. Would even fit in well with the Xbox 20th anniversary celebrations.
Always good to hear possibilities are on the table.
Up, up, up, down, down, down Ulala yes please
I mean fans have been begging for this for nearly two decades now lol. I still don't know why Sega has been so reluctant to revive their beloved IP's.
Panzer dragoon saga would be good
Iconic RPG and SRPG IPs like Shining Force, Dragon Force, and Skies of Arcadia need proper comebacks as well as a compilation of Sega's huge catalog of Arcade machines. It concerns me that they apparently aren't mentioning any of these among the IPs they are "looking at".
@AtlanteanMan I would gladly pay whatever they're asking for a Sega Model 2 and Model 3 arcade collection.
I would definitely love a new Crazy Taxi..
YES......YES....YES oh please Xbox breathe life back into all of our favorite games
