Many fall in the face of chaos, but not this one.
Not today.
(Time for another Darkest Dungeon playthrough)
Really hoping Atomic Heart, hits the spot.
Atomic heart, Wo Long, Minecraft Legends
And Redfall already downloaded place holders.
Not a bad, Feb, March, April and May.
And that’s without buying any games yet if I bother to.
Atomic Heart
Please be good, please be good !!
@Moonglow
2023 looking good now, can’t complain when you add up all the releases and GP.
Looking forward to Atomic Heart, especially as I may actually have the time to play it. I’m expecting to finish Forspoken today and that’ll shift me over to Hi-Fi Rush, which I’m aiming to beat quickly before Hogwarts Legacy launches. I’ll still probably have Fire Emblem hanging out in the background at that point in time, but I can deal with that.
I'll be playing hi fi rush mostly until Wo Long. I'll probably skip atomic hearts it looks like.
I'm really looking forward to Atomic Heart but I'm definitely feeling like it's going to be a 2-3 patchs post launch kinda game before i look at it. They had to move development (COVID 19 development that is) from Russia due to the sanctions so im expecting this to be coming in rather hot. The graphics and story looked bonkers from the first showing, I'm just waiting for the final product before playing.
My only worry with Atomic Heart is that enemies in the gameplay footage I have seen are serious bullet sponges - which, for me, could be more frustrating than enjoyable.
Hopefully things were "rigged" by the developers to easily showcase various abilities and such and that regular mobs are less "mini-boss" in the final product.
@GamingFan4Lyf same, I felt the same while watching the Gameplays. Also the running time bothers me, apparently it takes 25hrs to finish the story? 25 hours for a fps constantly fighting bullet sponges might be a bit much
@Dezzy70 Amazing your managing to do this when you sold your Xbox? Or is this like when you sold your ps5 only to start playing Rangorok a couple of weeks later.
Never figured out why you turn to hyperbole when your looking for a way to attack a corp.. You can make decent points and express valid criticism without pretending to dump a console.
Unfortunately nothing for me here.
I can highly recommend Hot Wheels if youve not played it, its really good fun and some of the later tracks are really well designed.
Darkest Dungeon was on PSN and I tried it there, but just coukdnt get into it.
I suspect many will enjoy Atomic Heart. When its from a Russian owned studio, celebrating a future Russian super state with Russian symbolism everywhere, I cant play it while those same symbols are on bombs dropping on innocents right now. Guess im too sensitive, but I wont play that one. Bioshock looks better to me anyway 😁
@Titntin
I just purchased a new one as simple as that.
@Dezzy70 Lol. If you were reading your own comments Im sure you would be raising a skeptical eyebrow too!
However, welcome back to the box.
Here's a little tip if you wanna save some cash, dont go selling your consoles the moment they have a bad news day. Thats both ps5 and series x you've sold and then rebought within a couple of weeks. You could have bought two new games with the money that woukd have cost you.
You also have plenty to say thats relevant and interesting without making such grand statements - you really dont need to do it dude. 👍
@Titntin
I get to passionate, sometimes.
But chilling now 😊 for 2023.
I really hope Shadow Warrior 3 does come - I'm currently playing #2 and having a real blast, much like I did years ago with #1 on the PS4
There's no info on Gamepass about it coming (at least on the UK page) and it's currently on sale in the store so it seems an odd one to add currently, do they usually put games on sale before adding to Gamepass as that seems very cruel to anyone that's bought it a week or so before it's essentially free?
I'm pretty disappointed about all the things I've learned about Atomic Heart in the past few weeks or so as I was looking forward to that. No way am I playing something that unbelievably shady though. The whole scenario around it as well as the dodgy behaviour of all involved with the game means I won't go near it with a massive pointy stick, when developers are changing their Russian names to things more western sounding and they have things like this on their privacy policy - “Mundfish collects users’ data and may provide it to Russian state authorities.”
Even though it's on Gamepass, I'm still not funding via proxy (I pay for Gamepass, Microsoft pays for games to be on it and the more popular it is the more it's promoted) something that'll end up in the Russian state coffers. I'd advise anyone with a conscience to look it all up and decide yourself whether your morals can cope with a decent game with such a nefarious objective. I couldn't play it without a real feeling of guilt, I don't want blood on my hands over a game, I'll just replay the Bioshock collection.
Slava Ukraini!
