Topic: XBOX ONE Emulation and Backwards Compatibility ??

Does anyone know what the status of modding is for the XBOX One and can you run emulators and different Dash Boards like a modded XBOX 360 can and also is there any backwards compatibility with running the XB360 and OG XBOX games?

Because I've been recently looking at getting a modded Xbox 360 console to play XB360 games but also original Xbox games and running emulators like Mame. But now I'm wondering if an Xbox One would be better at doing all this?
