Picked up the expansion for Sonic Mania (big purchase there!)

Far Cry New Dawn. Arkham Horror: Mother's Embrace and The Witcher 2 before that.
I'm still playing Gears 2 tho.
Thinking of getting Soul Calibur since it's on sale.

Just bought Valiant Hearts: The Great War, Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway, Grow Up and I Am Alive in the Ubisoft sale for a total of €15. Looking forward to playing these games!

I finally landed a Series X a couple of weeks ago through the Amazon invitation system. The last Xbox I owned was a 360, so I was surprised to find a collection of previously owned digital titles in my collection when I logged in using my old account. I boot up Shadow Complex right away for nostalgia's sake, and ended up playing through the whole damn thing. The Witcher 2 was also another one in my digital locker that I look forward to going back to as I barely played it back in the day.

My first actual purchases were Dead Rising 3 (on sale) and Crimson Skies. I'm currently playing Dead Rising 3 and really enjoying it.

Yesterday I have added to the physical collection Sunset overdrive, Deus ex mankind divided and Dishonored 2

Ended up getting Soul Calibur (the last one) and Assassin's Creed Valhalla (the only one I didn't have). Thinking about grabbing the season pass too and/or the Naruto Legacy collection.

TMNT Cowabunga Collection. This will go nicely with Shredders Revenge.

I got the Naruto Legacy Collection after all. Thinking of getting Agents of Mayhem since it's like 3 dollars I think?

@Gamer83 That's great to hear, I haven't been able to check it out yet due to having to work, but tomorrow is my day off and I have already planned on spending most of the day with it.

@Lup Agents of Mayhem for 3 dollars is worth it imo. It isn't a super game, but if you like hero type shooters, it's a game you will enjoy enough. I also bought it since it was so cheap, even though i heard it got a lot of hate, its enjoyable enough and for its price you cant really go wrong. Even if you dont like it you only wasted 3 dollars

Picked up the remaining DLC teams for Mutant Football League that I needed (Snuffalo Thrills, Terror Bay Mutantneers in preparation for the final four teams to be released for MFL.

Just ordered Elden Ring for €37. I actually wanted to buy this game at launch but I didn't have time for it back then. And I'm glad I didn't since I got it much cheaper now, my excitement for the game has gone up significantly since then and I get to play it on a next-gen system instead of my base PS4. I'm so looking forward to playing this game!

Bought Tekken 7 Deluxe Edition today from the sale. It is the full game with all the DLC for only $25 so I couldn't pass it up.

I bought the cowabunga collection a week or two ago and I'm installing it now. (To my eternal shame I bought the same exact game on Switch.... At least I'll be able to see if one is "better")

I think this is the first time I've installed a game from disc on my Series X. Seems really slow compared to downloading for some reason, also the drive is super loud.

I had this weird thing as well where the game wouldn't install from the disc. Just kept saying it needed an update which I accepted but nothing went into my queue. Had to disconnect the internet wire just for it to start installing from disc. I plugged the wire back in during installation and it stopped installing from disc so I unplugged it again. Will see what happens when I plug it in after it's done...

Got my 8bitdo pro controller plugged in and ready for some dpad mashing action!!

Just ordered Soul Hackers 2 for €50. This is actually my first purchase of a JRPG on Series X so I'm very excited to play it on there.

There are two reasons for why I bought the game now. First reason is that there aren't many stores that are selling the game and one of the stores I follow just raised the price for the game, which made me concerned in terms of its availability. Secondly, the game didn't appeal to me initially as it didn't look like anything special. However, now that I've been getting engrossed in the dungeon crawling side of Persona 3 Portable, I want to play more games like it. There aren't many SMT/Persona titles and they rarely come out with a new entry, so I figured it would be a good idea to get Soul Hackers 2 as well.

I used to not care about dungeon crawling in Persona in the past. But for some reason it's clicked with me in P3P. It's just so much fun that I don't care if Soul Hackers 2 doesn't offer much in terms of story or a social aspect. I've also heard complaints about the dungeons in SH2 being samey. Considering I'm playing P3P, which only has one dungeon that you constantly revisit, I'm perfectly fine with multiple dungeons looking the same lol.

The last game I purchased for the Series X is Steelrising. I was needing something different, and after reading a handful of reviews I decided to check the game out. I’m very glad I did because the game is special amidst all of its flaws, which there are many. Regardless, developer Spiders is getting better and better with their games. I’m looking forward to what they produce next.

Got a message in the Xbox app this morning that I had a £4 credit applied to my account, so managed to pick up Scarlet Nexus for £10.99 before it went back up to full price.
