Sucks that no cross play is possible as that would have increased the player pool. Prolly the old players would have destroyed the X1 newcomers, so maybe it is a good thing.

Thanks. Maybe after seeing Halo MCC one expected to have more than one Gears remastered, but yes, the BC is an option to play the others.

Very good, comprehensive trailer, with a good mix of exclusives and multiplats, of recent and upcoming games. Thankfully Scalebound's delay will give me even more time to think and save.

Call me an ignorant but Gears 4 is something I have barely heard of. That sounds interesting. I still wish they remaster the other installments.

Loved this one on Wii. Those slowdowns sound unfortunate, as if they didnt optimize the game for the much more powerful X1.

Same as Korra or Devastation. Seems Activision only cares for Wii U for their Skylanders.

Anyway, I see online co op, but no mention of offline or couch co op. Hoping it is there.

Yes, if I get an X1 it would, as the Wii U, be used solely for exclusives. I have to admit the PSN Store content has been underwhelming so far and I have felt like getting nothing there yet.

Got a brand new PS4 thanks to @JaxonH so I may try downloading a few games off the PSN.

The rest will be Splatoon and the perennial Uncharted 3 with my bro. Wish the remaster had multiplayer.

I do have the Wii U demo of this, played it this weekend with a friend and it was surprisingly fun, so I will probably get the full version, as it should be discounted.

I uploaded my third Mario Maker level and I played a little DI 1.0 to compare it with 3.0

The bundle links in the article do not seem to be working for me.

They should have bundled Lego Dimensions in a deal similar to Sony scoring Bobba Fett in Disney Infinity. Just one game, and an old one at that won't cut it.

Thanks. Since I never had a 360 I am very interested in Gears so it is nice to just get a XBO and download the old games.

I also want a white XBO. I just love how it looks, and the SSO bundle was hard to find thus very expensive.

This actually sounds great. The only doubt I have is when it says you can play all Gears games with BC. Does that mean downloading them or do I need to hunt down the discs?

I frequent all three sites and yes, this one has the smallest and nicest community. The bigger the site the worst it gets. That is why I left IGN years ago.

Splatfest today so Splatoon. My new copy of Mario Maker arrived so maybe I will pick it up. Also have DI 3.0 on my plate.

Splatoon. And Disney Infinity. I got a lot of toys yesterday and today I am getting the Merida and Stitch Base.

Did not know about Nintendo fund it Runbow but makes sense. Game is a gem and not sure other platforms could handle 9 local players.

Besides that one I will be playing Splatoon, Shantae 1 and 3D Gunstar Heroes.

If this was the whole trilogy, buying an X1 would be a no brainer, but still this puts up a good case. Since my bro likes couch co op shooters, this would fit the bill. And possibly Halo MCC too.

I will continue with Shantae 1 and I may pick up Gunstar Heroes 3D and the Bridge on Wii U.

Hopefully the amiibo gang will be ready to play Splatoon in squads.

IMO I am finding this one more annoying and cliched than Dante, who was created 15 years ago. Plus an impressive backstory wont make him likeable.

I feel the price a bit on the high side. Would rather get the white Halo Xbox.

Capcom also said SFIV Arcade Edition would be the last SFIV iteration. And RE4 was a Gamecube exclusive...

They have a long history of not being true to their word and releasing new versions of old games. And with Xbox Live being more reliable than PSN and SFIV living or dying on online gaming, I expect to see V sooner or later on One. Capcom is too greedy to let go of that market.

I need to go back to Splatoon as there are 2 weapons and a map I havent tried. On 3ds I will start 3d Space Harrier.

Hey Dave, I did what you suggested and the dev actually replied back! They said they would not be able to implement it, since they have many versions, but that they could do so in a (if possible) sequel.

I will be playing Splatoon and Hyrule Warriors, I bought a Pro Controller for the latter, so no more losing juice mid game.

And I have this itch for finally trying Revengeance on PS3.

Weird thing that so few color based games actually care about us. It is as if the dev is sacrificing those sales. What I find odd is that in the first set of levels the rugs have set patterns so I can base myself on that, but not later in the lab since those are like clear colored panels.

Unless those gamers are color blind. I am at the lab stages, where there are no textures so I can't tell green from yellow. Never picked up the game again.

The game is nice, but should be nicer on us color blind people. All colors should have textures on them.

I want one of these. Love the White X1 and MCC would be a great game to start with.
