Personally, I really liked the Brotherhood quests in Skyrim and preferred them over the Guild. I own Oblivion but have yet to get very far in it as I have so many games to play so can't really comment which was more fun in that..
The fact that any fan of Resident Evil - whether they hate the newer games or love them - feels so passionately about it either way tells me that Capcom are still doing a good job.. The series is 20 years old and people are STILL talking about it and STILL debating furiously over it.
Believe me, they KNOW that a big chunk of fans want more Horror in their survival horror but there's also a hell of a lot of people who like the new games just how they are - myself included. You can't appeal to everybody and Capcom appear to now be working on different Resi titles to appeal to different elements of the Resident Evil fan base.. That's awesome in my opinion as it means more Resi for me!

I think, if this games does as well as REmake HD did then they will almost certainly work of remastering Resi 2 (if they are not already) as they are more than aware that fans have been clamouring for it. And it IS the 20th Anniversary next year...
Personally, I would love a Dino Crisis remaster. Never played Clock Tower but have watched Let's Plays of it. I am not against remasters of old classic games. Especially not when they're done as well as Capcom have with Resi.
With a lot of the games coming out "soon" or "this Summer" via ID@Xbox, I suspect that we'll get a date very close before they hit the store. Starwhal is a HUGE draw for them so I can't imagine it being too much of a wait.
To be honest, I had not heard of Ark of Sinners (Not a Nintendo player) but a bit of research suggests that it was the developers testing the waters. Essentially, Anima Project is three indie devs who spent over 10 years writing the Anima Beyond Fantasy novels and have now decided to bring that world over into video games... I cannot be certain but I suspect that while Gate of Memories may be in the same 'universe' as Ark of Sinners, it is a standalone game in it's own right and the devs will have been learning from the experience of making the previous game. I will be keeping an eye on it.
You have to wonder, given everything that's now also transpired between Kojima and Konami if it wasn't Konami that wanted the 'big hollywood name' to pave the way for the movie etc... It's really shitty how he was treated and very almost made me boycott the series... But the story! I need to know what happens next!!
I am only interested i n story DLC myself. Personally, I think I will refrain from getting a season pass and decide on a content by content basis if I want to get an individual DLC or not. The story for this one excites me. I just hope it's much longer than the Harley Quinn content was....
Yeah, I've been in two-minds about it myself as I've always been a HUGE fan of the franchise. I'm still completely gutted over the loss of David Hayter but Big Boss is my favourite protagonist and I'm so intrigued to see how they play out his evolution from reluctant hero to the "big bad" that Solid Snake fought. Personally, I'm also really looking forward to the open-world aspect of it. This video got me more excited about it than anything we've seen so far. As for Konami... I shall refrain from sharing my opinion here. It wouldn't be professional...
Short but intriguing. Apparently, from what I've been hearing, it's a pretty awesome little game. If you like very chilled, story-driven elements. It's one that I'll be keeping an eye on.
While a big part of me agrees with the sentiment, @TwilightAngel, I kinda have to agree with @KelticDevil on this particular one. Many people, myself included, simply missed out on REmake and Zero back in the day as it was only on the GameCube so having the chance to play it now is pretty darn exciting. I'd much rather they completely remade classics like that than simply reboot 360/PS3 games for this gen when you can still play them perfectly well on those consoles!
I have to admit, it's amazed me how divisive this announcement seems to have been. I openly admit that I personally missed out on the N64 so can't comment as to how comfortable/good the controller was but there seems to be as many people who love the idea of bringing it back for Rare Replay as who despised it entirely!
I know that's the reason why I'm DEFINITELY getting it. I missed it back then so having the ability to play REmake and Zero is so awesome. Such great games!

I'm getting a lot of positive feedback about this game. I have the demo lined up on my XBox One to play later on today.
