Well, Microsoft finally convinced me that nothing good is to ever come to the Kinect and that it is finally time to dispose of the thing. I guess I should thank them for saving me a few bucks at Gamestop on my next purchase...
I saw some gameplay videos, and even one video some guy was doing some funny commentary, but I still couldn't stand to watch the game because it looked so horrid. I don't think this game would even pass as an Indie game.
I'm kind of surprised by this. I thought this game would have a bit of trouble selling due to those not-as-good dance games. Guess house moms buying gifts aren't as dumb as I thought they were.
I'm sure this game could've sold much better if they weren't saying it was going to be free a few years back. I will still pick this one up though because I want a racing game and I don't trust Sonic Riders games with anything. (Unless the demo is good, which luckily there's a demo for both titles)
I always loose hope in a game when I see it's 505 Games. They turn games that have a lot of potential, (Their most recent ones being Backbreaker and Naughty Bear) and turn it into a repetitive, game-that-should-have-been-on-Xbox-Live-Aracde, thing.
RARE was always my favorite 3rd party developer.(Well, I guess they're first party on Xbox). They always knew how to push a system to its limit and come out with a great experience for all players, and this one seems like another great game that fulfills its goal of being a great pick-up and play intuitive sports game.

Re: Avatar Kinect is Online Chat with Avatars Pulling Faces
Something tells me the facial expressions won't work so well. That lady in the picture looks puzzled, but her Avatar is furious.
Re: Features: Five Kinect Games to Move You in 2011
Hurray! More games to help me go broke. Though I've only seen actual gameplay from Child of Eden.
Re: Flex Your Grey Matter With a New Dr Kawashima Trailer
I liked the Brain Age games because you never had to pronounce the doctor's name in the title.

Re: Tony Hawk Says "Why Not?" to Tony Hawk Game on Kinect
Tony Hawk game-Standard Controller=terrible game.
This equation has been proven by science.
Re: Infinity Blade Began Life on Kinect and May Yet Return
yes. Yes! YES!
It would be neat flailing your arms around pretending your arms are actually blades.
Re: Take a Chevrolet for a Spin in the New Year with Kinect Joy Ride
I suppose the best things in life are free, so I guess we are getting a lot of "best things".
Re: The Kinect Sports DLC You Ordered Just Arrived Today
Free DLC so soon? Makes you wander why they couldn't just add it into the package at launch.
Re: New Achievements for Kinect Sports Reveal Future DLC
@Zappy
Actually most Kinect games are $10-$20 cheaper then the asking price of most 360 games.
Re: New Achievements for Kinect Sports Reveal Future DLC
I have no idea what any of those modes are, but they already sound hard.
Re: UFC Takes Offence to Fighters Uncaged's Box Blurb
Wow. A terrible game is going to get its "just deserts" for once.

I'm kind of surprised by this. I thought this game would have a bit of trouble selling due to those not-as-good dance games. Guess house moms buying gifts aren't as dumb as I thought they were.

Re: Review: Zumba Fitness: Join the Party (Xbox 360)
I guess if you're confused on either getting a fitness or dance game, this one is just both of those genres rapped up into one mediocre package.
Re: Review: Sonic Free Riders (Xbox 360)
I heard that the game works better control-wise based on the person playing it, which is very strange, if true.

Re: Become Tom Hanks in Big with Kinect's Giant Piano Hack
Aw man! I wanted to be Tom Hanks in Toy Story not Big.
Re: Greenberg: "Kinect Launch Will be Bigger Than Wii"
There is a chance because if the Kinect is as popular as the Wii, I'm sure they won't have any shortages of the product like the Wii did at launch.
Re: Sega Weaponises Another Sonic Free Riders Trailer
Good lord what's with Sonic's voice. Hope he doesn't sound like that in Colors.
