Also found it free in the UK here. And it wasn't price glitched like fallout 4. F4 said it cost 0.00. this still had the cost £7.99 but when you went to the game's detail screen the £7.99 was struck out and the total was £0.00 (similar to how gold members get their GWG games).
I really wish they'd open up Bing rewards to the UK. It doesn't have to be exactly the same, but I'd really love a little loyalty reward connection over and above the normal xbox rewards program (which has been a little stale recently).
