They should also investigate the disk drive problems on the Xbox X. To stop working after 5 months, then have to pay to return it and get it replaced with a refurbished one is a joke. They should have recalled the ones that don't work. It's still in warranty! It should be replaced with a new one and return costs covered. Clearly wasn't ready for release.
