We're still eagerly awaiting news on the ASUS Xbox handheld that was teased a couple of weeks ago, but before we get there, it's worth noting that a new Xbox Cloud Gaming handheld is proving very popular indeed on Kickstarter.
This is the abxylute One Pro, described as "your all-in-one everyday handheld" that works with Xbox Cloud Gaming, Xbox Remote Play, emulators and some native Android and iOS games. The device features a 1080p 60Hz screen, digital capacitive joysticks, a custom launcher, 8 hours of battery life, precise feedback ("like an Xbox controller") and much more - all for the price of $209 with the early bird Kickstarter offer.

Whether you're streaming from your PC/console, running classic emulators, diving into cloud gaming or playing Android titles, One Pro adapts seamlessly to your gaming lifestyle. Designed for comfort, performance, and all-day play, it’s the versatile everyday handheld you’ll keep coming back to.
The abxylute One Pro is actually a follow-up to the abxylute, which received pretty good reviews from the likes of Android Authority and Pocket-Lint, so here's hoping it's going to live up to expectations when it ships in May of this year. You can actually check out an in-depth review of the new abxylute One Pro courtesy of Retro Game Corps up above.
There's also loads more detail on the official abxylute One Pro Kickstarter page if you're interested, and we'll throw some screenshots below. Don't forget about the Backbone One: Xbox Edition that just launched recently as well, and we're hoping to get more details on the ASUS Xbox handheld at some point in the very near future.

I own the Logitech G Cloud and I'm quite happy with it. I'm playing through South of Midnight at the moment and I reckon about half my playtime so far has been on the G Cloud. Cloud Gaming works really well for games that don't require ultra precise aiming, although even Doom Eternal is quite playable.
I'm curious about the upcoming ASUS Xbox handheld, but even that is going to mostly be a Windows PC with an Xbox logo. Until the fabled 2027 Xbox handheld truly manages to combine console and PC gaming, I feel like cloud gaming handhelds like the G Cloud or the Abxylute are the best solution for someone who wants to play Xbox console games portably, rather than playing PC versions that don't always run that well on the current crop of PC handhelds, eg. Indiana Jones or Avowed.
Not bad at all to break those posts, goes to show the interest for handheld is definitely there.
I'm using a Retroid Pocket 5 for streaming, when wife is using the TV. It works well, specially for turn based games, with a custom app that supports 1080p.
It's always a joy seeing that small device 'running' the games.
I like the direction this is going. I love my portal and switch, but just dumped my steam deck because I just didnt use it. (Too bulky)
Been eying the upcoming potential asus xbox hand held but would prefer it be stream only to shave off heft.
Will probably still wait out that announcement, but going to leave this as a strong option as well.
Wow, exactly what I have no use or desire for.
