You may have come across a game called Mini Royale on PC over the past few days - it's just launched in early access form on Steam - and you might be wondering whether it's getting an Xbox version as well.

The answer is yes! Mini Royale is coming to Xbox in the future, but not until after the early access release. It seems early access will last around a year, so we're probably looking at around 2026 for the console version.

"Yes, currently the game is only available on PC. It is planned to bring the game to all major consoles. That includes XBox, Playstation 4 & 5 and Nintendo Switch. When the game released in Early Access, it will most likely be only released on PC (Steam & Epic Games). It is planned to release the game on consoles, once the game is out of Early Access. Bringing the game to Mobile is not totally off the table, but has a really low priority currently."

In Mini Royale, it's your job to take the role of a green army solider as you fight for survival in a kids' bedroom, and based on what we've seen of it so far, it definitely reminds us of something like Hypercharge: Unboxed on Xbox!

The reviews for Mini Royale are only "mixed" on Steam right now, but clearly it's still getting plenty of attention, so it'll be interesting to see what kind of shape it's in when the Xbox release rolls around.
