Xbox Announces Two Huge Titles For Its 'Stream Your Own Game' Service

At the end of last month, we brought news of five fresh additions to Xbox's 'Stream Your Own Game' library alongside 10 more titles that were planned for the near future - and since then, Microsoft has announced another two major additions to the service.

Today, Xbox has revealed that the upcoming Assassin's Creed Shadows will work through Stream Your Own Game, via Xbox Cloud Gaming. Last week, the team added 2023 shooter RoboCop: Rogue City to the Xbox streaming library as well - marking a couple of pretty big additions to the service this month.

The addition of RoboCop: Rogue City is already live and usable for Xbox players, but the team hasn't attached a firm date for AC Shadows coming to the service. We'd assume that the upcoming Ubisoft title will be usable with Xbox Cloud Gaming on release, in which case the title would be available to stream on March 20.

As has been the case since this new program first started, players will still need an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription to play these games over the cloud - but they're not a part of the Game Pass library itself, with Xbox now working to bring more 'owned' titles to the cloud streaming service.
