It was back in November that 8BitDo unveiled a new Xbox keyboard that was coming to market before the end of the year, and a few months later, the keyboard has just received its very first discount courtesy of Amazon US.
If you go on Amazon and look for the 8BitDo Xbox keyboard, you'll see the price as $119.99 - but if you go to the checkout, it should automatically discount to $107.99, thanks to a limited-time 10% discount that's currently live.

Elsewhere, the 8BitDo Xbox Keyboard can only be bought via the official 8BitDo website in the UK as things stand, but pre-orders are available on Amazon UK at a cheaper price - and that version will be releasing on April 25th, 2025.
In terms of how people are getting on with this keyboard, the Amazon reviews are sitting at 4/5 right now, A lot of people are praising the build quality, the battery life and for the most part the RGB lighting, while the more negative reviews are primarily highlighting the poor software.
It should be noted that 8BitDo does not advertise console use for the Xbox keyboard, although apparently it does work in some fashion if you plug it in. We're going to be testing this in the near future with a review here at Pure Xbox, but ultimately, you should keep in mind that this keyboard is advertised only for Windows and Android devices.
We'll let you have a browse on Amazon for yourself, but before we go, don't forget there's an 8BitDo Xbox mouse as well! That one hasn't been discounted yet, but you can pick it up on Amazon just like the keyboard:

Wow that's UGGGGLY! Where do I get it again?
I think that they did make mouse and key board update or at least access working for a load of games a while back didn't they? I haven't tried connecting any via USB but that would make the strategy games better to play.
I am not super sure I would get this over a cheap mini keyboard but maybe further info will sell me on it, having a dedicated xbox keyboard might be nice.
They both still seem a bit expensive for what they are.
I want it but don’t have £100 for a keyboard right now…
@Agamembar Any USB keyboard will work, I use one to write reviews once in a while. Game support is really dependent upon the game.
