Amazon has announced another batch of free titles coming to its Prime Gaming service for the rest of February, and the list features one particularly interesting inclusion - a game you can play on Xbox.
Yep, Amazon Prime Gaming typically focuses on PC titles playable on various platforms (Steam, GOG, Epic Games, etc.), but this month's selection features an Xbox Play Anywhere title accessible across Xbox & PC. The game in question is Bethesda's 2019 shooter Wolfenstein: Youngblood.
This co-operative take on the Wolfenstein series heads to Amazon Prime Gaming on February 20th, alongside five other titles. Collectively, 20 games have been announced in this next batch of Prime Gaming offerings, spread throughout the month of February.

What's more, because of the way Prime Gaming works, anyone who claims this will own the game forever - even if they unsubscribe in future. Of course, Wolfenstein: Youngblood is available on Xbox Game Pass these days, but if you subscribe to Amazon Prime and want to have this one tied to your Xbox account forever, here's one way to do just that!
Will you be claiming this Xbox title on Prime Gaming? Talk to us about this surprise inclusion down below.

Is this the Wolfenstein that didn't do very well critically?
@Kaloudz Yup, bit of a strange entry. But, free's free 😅
I thought this game was decent once you accept the change in formula. The core gameplay is good. Well worth a play at no cost.
@Kezelpaso Thought as much 😂 last one I played was the one with the milkshake guy. Not bad but didn't blow me away. Then again I'm not really one for Wolfenstein all together. Much prefer The OG or DOOM.
@BacklogBrad Yeah it might not be as good as the other ones but it was still a blast to play with a buddy.
This is incorrect. Wolfenstein Youngblood isn't play anywhere.
Is Youngblood actually Play Anywhere though? It's not marked as such on the Xbox store website. Usually when a game has that feature it's got a little logo that says it is just under the title.
Look at the page for Indiana Jones, and you'll see it says "Play Anywhere" https://www.xbox.com/en-gb/games/store/indiana-jones-and-the-great-circle/9n8fq28z6qx3
and Youngblood on PC doesn't https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/store/Wolfenstein-Youngblood-PC/9PHFTS44F99K
If you filter games on the store by if they have Play Anywhere no Wolfenstein games show up. Even if you search the unofficial spreadsheet you link to in the article Youngblood doesn't appear.
@PhileasFragg Yeah, it's not Play Anywhere. There are two separate versions. One for Xbox and one for PC:

Just checked and there is an xbox version to claim. Gives you a redeem code which I redeemed on my xbox.
