If you've been eyeing up PGA Tour 2K25 ahead of its Xbox release later this month, you'll be pleased to hear that a free demo has just gone live for the game on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S - complete with a bunch of cool features!
Specifically, by downloading PGA Tour 2K25 'First Look' on the Xbox Store, you'll be able to play the back nine of both TPC Scottsdale and WM Phoenix Open, as well as partaking in a bit of training. Of course, you can build and customise your MyPLAYER as well - and all progress will transfer over to the full game when it launches on February 28th.
"Players interested in practicing their virtual golf skills in PGA TOUR® 2K25 can step up to the tee box today with the free-to-play First Look demo, a surprise early taste of the forthcoming entry in the golf simulation franchise from HB Studios. First Look is available now on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation®5, and PC. Players can experience MyPLAYER, Local Match Play, Training and Quests."
Beyond PGA Tour 2K25, we've seen three other free Xbox demos arrive in 2025 so far, with the highlight being The First Berserker: Khazan - an upcoming hardcore action RPG. I'm surprised golf has an audience big enough to justify this many games per gen. Perhaps it's more popular than I give it credit for.
@Kaloudz They can be quite fun. I've been playing them on and off since the early 2000s.
Yeah, Golf games are nice. I might check out that demo.
I only hate about 2K, that these bad boys are closing their online support on games so fast.

@Kaloudz They can get pretty technical and there is a learning curve, but nothing crazy. Your stats and equipment will improve over time as well.
