I second The Quarry recommendation. As for Forza Horizon 4, I hope it will be included in the next batch of your owned games you can play via xCloud. Got the game on Steam and Xbox anyway, just to be sure as it’s my fav FH game.

Does anyone know how you can see your “play later” list on mobile? It was included in the Game Pass app for iPhone but I don’t see it in the general app now that the GP app is ended.

The quarry is a good enjoyable game definitely worth a go before it goes!
Party animals is a great fun party game aswell my daughter loves it.

Really need to finish The Bunker before it leaves.

@abe_hikura If you haven't gotten your FH4 code then talk to support to get one before it's taken from the store.

I did a virtual chat and gave them the order number of the DLC I bought, and it was added to my library the next day.

I recently did the first 2 chapters of The Quarry. May try to quickly finish it, fun so far

I wish Xbox had a similar feature to PlayStation, where you can “add to library” rather than download the game. I wouldn’t mind getting Forza Horizon 4, just for posterity, but I know it’s a big download and SSD space is precious.

Ugg need to finish Billy and the leviathan and start the Quarry… Indy might have to wait….

@Nightcrawler71 Yes it does … in your library under owned games. Even if the game is delisted in the store you can still download it anytime… just can’t buy it as the music license has expired

The Quarry is a better game than it was given credit at the time of release. On a short side though, so perfect to take on before being removed.

I decided to leave Game Pass today. The renewal was due on the 22nd. My wife & I recently purchased gaming mini PCs to get that console-like experience*.

I've not really been getting the value out of Game Pass for the longest time. MSFS 2024 was the final straw. I was holding out for that one to be a great time waster but it has just been a waste of time.

The biggest issue for me really is Xbox just isn't getting the games I want to play. I play mostly co-op games couch or online and a lot of the interesting stuff will either be stuck on PC or eventually make it to Switch. Xbox has some great co-op games but the future is not. I think between Steam and Nintendo I'll have my gaming covered.

I've already had a blast with Enshrouded, Unrailed 2 and Oddsparks. Add on top of that these games may or may not have mod support. All of these games will come to Xbox eventually but I'll also need Game Pass just to play the multiplayer. It just doesn't make sense.

• actually it's really not console-like at all at the moment. The size of the tower is pretty great though compared to a full sized desktop. We're running Windows right now but may switch OS in the future. Right now it's a little more work getting games up and running when all you're used to doing is using a console but honestly it's not a huge deal.

@ParsnipHero Good luck with that mate, it makes sense, but with windows OS and multiple launchers, I've never managed to enjoy a console like experience via PC and my expensive GPU never gets to play games as a result.

I rarely buy a game on Xbox as it's not my primary system, but I've bought FH 4 today despite owning it through steam as I want the chance to play it on a console and I'm keeping the series X in case it has anything I can't play elsewhere in the future.

@Titntin thanks. Yea, it's definitely a faff playing games on PC right now compared to console but it's not too bad with Steam and desktop shortcuts.

Up until now when it comes to multi-platform launches I do try and wait for a Xbox release so I can show the developers there's interest in the platform.

Thing is most of the games I want to play are indie and small devs can't easily afford or justify to port to Xbox. I might as well stick with PC where I can and get stuff on console if it looks like it'll be a party game.

@AlwaysPlaying but I’ve only ever played FH4 through GamePass, so technically I don’t own it. If I now go to buy it, it will trigger the download, hence my original post. Obviously I could download it and then immediately delete it, though it would remain in my library I guess for a future download (after it’s been delisted).

I'm really bothered by the Forza game. Microsoft just LOVES, LOVES, LOVES, push game pass by saying all first party games are available.

Game pass is huge money grab from Microsoft. Especially with majority being indie games at game boy level quality.

If Microsoft went with package price deal for the year it be little bit easier to stomach. I really miss buying an Xbox live 12 month card on sale for like $20-$30. That was fantastic. Game pass absolutely needs that 12 month deal for $150.

The whole point and another thing Microsoft loves to push game pass for is, first party day one releases....if you pay for the higher tier of the game pass extortion racket, of course.

But even that is not worth price since everything is going to every platform anyway (eventually). And don't forget it takes months and months of patches for game to work properly in gaming world today (hi, bugthesda, looking at you). So that eliminates any reason to pay for the higher game pass extortion. Plus, if have a backlog, then it's really better off just playing that.

I've been with Xbox since launch day Nov 2001. But that time years ago was such better Xbox experience to what it is today. Which I firmly blame Nadella for. He needs to go.

@Nightcrawler71 Purchase game (anything that requires a download). Immediately go to Queue. Pause all downloads, then cancel all downloads. It will stop you from having to download game and it will be in your Library until you need it, or until Microsoft finds an excuse to pull it so never, ever, have access to it every again.

Physical media is vastly superior. Such shame so many people fell for encouraging and thinking all digital is soooooo stinking great. All will eventually regret it in the end.

Got the Forza 4 Ultimate Edition from one of the CD Key sites for $12 last week and I imagine as the closer it gets to it’s delisting it will prob even be cheaper

Try Amnesia the Bunker before it leaves. It's rather short and has accessibility options for those not used to survival horror.

@YeyoFairy I don’t know why I didn’t think of checking CDKeys, and I use them quite often too 🤦🏻‍♂️ they have FH4 ultimate edition for just over a tenner so may get that.
