As you're probably aware at this point, SEGA is planning to delist a large number of games on the Xbox Store this Friday, December 6th, including the big SEGA Genesis Classics collection featuring over 50 titles from the console's history.
Before then, you can pick up SEGA Genesis Classics (also known as SEGA Mega Drive Classics in some regions) at a price of just £4.99 / $5.99 on the Xbox Store - thanks to a huge discount on its usual price of £24.99 / $29.99.

The reviews are actually quite mixed about this collection on the Xbox Store, with the positives being obvious (a lot of classic games in one package!) and the negatives largely being related to audio issues and instances of input lag.
It's probably still worth a punt at £4.99 / $5.99 though, especially considering you won't be able to buy it at all on the Xbox Store after this Friday. You're getting a lot for your money here, including some of the best games of all time!
Have you got this SEGA collection on Xbox? Tell us what you think of it down in the comments below.

If you have access to Steam, you should absolutely get it there before the delist. With Steam workshop, not only do you get access to neat fan mods to Genesis games but uh...also...yo ho ho, and so forth 😅🏴☠️
Still not as good as the collection that came out for the 360, which was a better fan service package overall, this thing always felt bare bones. Hopefully this means they have a new collection on the way that’s more akin to that Atari collection, because as a SEGA dork, I’d go crazy for that.
I would snag that up, if I didn’t already have this.
@InheritNegative I'd love the new collection to add Saturn and Dreamcast classics. I'd pay $60.
Great collection of classics. Definitely worth that.
@InheritNegative Yeah Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection was outstanding. 🥰 if only they'd add a few extra Classics like Crazy Taxi and nights into dreams, it'd be perfect.
I bought this about a year ago on sale it's great buy buy buy you won't be disappointed!
I got mine today. R$30 (almost $5).
I'll chip away little by little. The only one I'm sure I'll play soon is Sonic 3D Blast. I still have my original MD copy, but I've never beaten it. Now's my chance
I paid like 20x this for just Phantasy Star IV when it came out, not factoring in inflation, and it was worth every penny.
I just hope Sega is crafting a new collection that’s gonna blow our minds!! Adding some Master System, Saturn and Dreamcast games in the mix would be AWESOME!!! It could easily be a 100+ game collection!
Well they are remaking a few of those games into modern versions already. And they have more to show. Maybe something is dropping soon? The games in that initial trailer looked sick. Word up son 🤙🏻
Got my wish! Bought it (for the third time…)
When is somebody going to comment on what Sega might be up to? The licensing doesn’t expire on their own titles. It seems likely they’re hordeing them all for some future streaming service, right?
