Ahead of the anticipated arrival of Stalker 2 on Xbox Game Pass this week, it appears the new entry has received an absolutely massive update on Xbox Series X|S.
As highlighted on social media and elsewhere online - multiple users are reporting how although the sequel already required an install of roughly 146GB, they've now been hit with a casual update that's around 139GB. You can see a screenshot of this latest update for the pre-load via the Xbox subreddit.
There's no mention from GSC Game World what's included in this latest update, so we'll just have to wait and see.
Large updates like this (even before the launch of select games) have become a common occurrence during the Xbox Series X|S generation. Games like Call of Duty are also known regularly roll out huge updates.
