It's probably been said many times before, but Kingdom Come Deliverance is a must play at that price.
Absolutely one of the best games I've ever played imho, and an ideal time to jump in before the follow up in the new year.
Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway is fun and I paid pre-order full price
@Eejay ....except for the friggin lockpicking system lol
Book of Demons isn't on sale for me.
@Eejay I've read it has lot issues. Game saves not work. Long, long, long, breaks between game save points. Combat is ridiculously, clumsy, and not fluid at all. Controls are very rigid and clunky.
I've never played. But after reading issues like that. It steered me away and left me feeling very apprehensive at trying.
Is it me or have the sales on Xbox gotten worse?
@GuyinPA75 most of these issues were later patched. In its current state it's a very solid experience on Series.
I grabbed Fear 3 at that cheap price. I already have Fear 2 digitally and Fear Files on disc, so now I only need the first game to have the entire series.
@GuyinPA75 it has a little bit of a wonky save system but other than that its a great game. There is little to no hand holding though the combat can be tough at first you have to get practice in it but once you get it it is great. One of the best games I have ever owned. Has some crazy stories in it.
@GuyinPA75 You’re correct on all counts, but the game has so much to offer in other areas that it offsets the flaws. At least that’s how I felt during my playthrough.
It’s sort of similar to your run of the mill Bethesda Softworks game—a janky, broken mess glutted with endless glitches and unintuitive mechanics, but there’s enough ‘good’ to outweigh the bad, at least for a length of time. Maybe that’s not an ideal comparison, I don’t mean to imply KCD is anywhere near as fundamentally broken as a Bethesda game, but you get the point. At the sale price you really can’t go wrong. I recommend KCD
