Hogwarts Legacy has undoubtedly been one of the most popular Xbox releases of the past few years, and we've been surprised to see such little extra content released for it - although apparently that's set to change in the future.
According to a report from Insider Gaming, a "Definitive Edition" of Hogwarts Legacy is currently in development, and it's set to feature 10-15 hours of additional content including a new story quest, side quests, activities and more.
For those who already own the base game, there apparently won't be a requirement to buy this new Definitive Edition, as the DLC will be made available separately as well. 2025 is the rumoured release window for all of this new content, and the individual DLC looks set to be made available on the Xbox Store for around $20 or $30 USD.
Of course, one of the things that people really wanted to see from Hogwarts Legacy DLC was the arrival of Quidditch, but that looks unlikely considering Warner Bros. just released Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions a few weeks ago. It's a shame we won't be getting it, but we'll take the trade-off - Quidditch Champions is actually really good!
Obviously we'll let you know when we hear more about this DLC (and Hogwarts Legacy 2!) in the future.
