Although it's been a fairly quiet month for Xbox Game Pass additions so far, we do have a new arrival today in the form of Inscryption from Devolver Digital.
This is a game that aims to be a big old mix of "deckbuilding roguelike, escape-room style puzzles, and psychological horror", which sounds like exactly the sort of October addition we like to see. So, without further ado, here's a quick look at today's new Xbox Game Pass addition:
Inscryption (Console, PC, Cloud)

Inscryption is phenomenal. I was actually sad when the credits rolled. I’ve played nothing like it, hope it finds a bigger audience on Gamepass.
Okay, maybe THIS time I'll get past the bit where it does the whole inevitable Daniel Mullins twist in the middle.
Only downside is I bought it and haven’t played it! Really looking forward to it and hope we see more like it on game pass
