The upcoming lineup of Xbox Game Pass titles for September 2024 is looking pretty light as things stand, but we're expecting more reveals soon - and a lot of people are probably forgetting about a free expansion releasing this Tuesday.
OK, so it's not technically "free"... you need to be subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in order to claim it, but after that, it's yours to keep. All you need to do is head to the Perks library and look for the Persona 3 Reload Expansion Pass.
If you feel like you're getting déjà vu here, that's because the Expansion Pass has been available with Xbox Game Pass Perks for months now, but it's only as of September 10th that access is being granted to the "Episode Aigis - The Answer" expansion. This is a remake of the original Persona 3 epilogue "The Answer" complete with visual improvements, new animations, an upgraded soundtrack and various other additional features.
We'll throw more details about it down below, and don't forget to claim it while you can (you have until January 31st).

As I don't like remakes, against my better judgement I started this game since it's on Game Pass, and it's good.
It's practically a reskinned version of Persona 5, and that one was amazing, so yeah.
I didn't even remember this was coming out. The original The Answer was terrible both in story and gameplay, so maybe this it'll be enjoyable.
I'll have this available for when I finish the main game.
I redeemed this code way back when it became available. Does anyone happen to know - is the redemption permanent? I.E. if you drop GP entirely after redeeming it, do you still keep the DLC as though purchased?
Debating if I should buy P3R on the XB store because it's cross-buy with PC Play Anywhere and I already "own" the DLC on XB store due to the free perk, or if I should just forget it and get it on Steam down the line if the DLC won't go with me without GP.
Nice. I played P3P last winter (played as FeMC since she wasn't in reload)so didn’t play P3R upon release (though bough the collectors edition). But I might play sometime in the next 6 months after this DLC drops. Game looks money, but persona games are a huge commitment, though really good, but I just need to play other games in between

@Banjo- cool, thanks, I'm probably going to end the GPU sub, so I'll buy it when it hits a sale but probably buy on Xbox/Windows store since apparently own the dlc there already.
@NEStalgia Yeah, Sega is one of the third parties that supports Play Anywhere, at least with this game.
@Banjo- yeah it seems like anything newer than classic Yakuza they fully support it.
Square weirdly supports it with most of their smaller games.
