Season 6 is now live for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, marking the first seasonal content drop to come after the arrival of the latest COD on Xbox Game Pass. As we near October, things are gearing up for Halloween season in MW3 and Warzone, as you can probably tell by the creepy lead image and the season's launch trailer - which is up above and crammed full of spooky goodness.
Iconic horror character Mike Myers is front and centre of MW3 Season 6, with a variant of the famous 'Halloween' killer being a part of the season's battle pass. We've also got appearances from The Walking Dead's Daryl Dixon, Art The Clown and much more - it's all going to get a bit mental for Call of Duty's final season before Black Ops 6.
Here's your COD MW3 Season 6 roadmap, highlighting the update's biggest features:
As you can see there, we've got a couple of new multiplayer maps, a bunch of Shipment variants, new game modes and a whole lot more in Season 6 - including a bunch of premium horror-themed DLC packs if that's your thing as well.
We don't usually get too excited for these seasonal content drops to be honest, but The Haunting is always a fun time in Call of Duty, and with Game Pass players now in on the action, we're quite looking forward to getting stuck into this update to see what it's all about. Then, it's onto Black Ops 6 at the end of October!
If you've even got a passing interest in 2024's Call of Duty game — namely its multiplayer portion — then do go ahead and check out our BO6 beta impressions down below. We're not sure on this year's COD yet, but we're ready to be convinced come October 25th on Xbox Game Pass.
