It's that time again, folks! A selection of titles will leave the Xbox Game Pass library this weekend - with three games in total exiting the service very soon.
All three of the below games will leave Xbox Game Pass on Saturday, August 31, so you have around a day or so from the time of writing to give any of these a go if you'd like to try them out!
Here are the titles leaving Xbox Game Pass in late August 2024:
Date | Game | Platform |
August 31 | Atomic Heart | Console, PC, Cloud |
August 31 | Guilty Gear Strive | Console, PC, Cloud |
August 31 | NBA 2K24 | Console, Cloud |
As usual, you can get a discount of at least 20% on each of these games until they leave Xbox Game Pass in late August, and if you're lucky, they might be reduced even further as part of any Xbox Store sales that are going on over the coming days.
It's a shame to be losing these titles, especially Atomic Heart which had a pretty hyped Xbox Game Pass launch, but we have plenty to look forward to on the service soon. In fact, if you have an FPS itch to be scratched, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Beta goes live in just a few short hours.
Are you sad to see any of these go? Tell us if you've enjoyed them on the service down below!

Crispy Critters! Some of the worst dialogue in recent memory is leaving Game Pass. Farewell oversexed-vending machine.
Atomic Heart? AAA FPS? Are you kidding me? Lol.
Best Bioshock game since the first Bioshock and it's not close.
Atomic Heart had promise, but man, was it tough (and not the fun kind).
I've tried Atomic heart a few times and couldn't enjoy it. For me the story is forgettable and the gameplay is really bad.
@Jenkinss not a chance.is it better than bioshock 2 or especially bioshock infinite average game at best
Atomic heart was trash never mind were it came from and who it was funded by🤮
I'm getting close to finishing Atomic Heart, should be able to get it done in time. The interior levels are solid, but the open world area is bad. It's so unenjoyable trying to get from place to place.
@Dan1283 even if it was an average game that'd make it better than both, and lightyears better than Bioshock 2
There’s some big FPS on this article but I don’t see one?
