During its summer showcase, Capcom took a closer look at its new IP Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, which will be arriving on Xbox Series X|S and Game Pass later this month on July 19, 2024.
If you're eager to see how this experience blending multiple genres together plays, Capcom has now made a demo available on the Xbox Store. You can see a bit of the action in the new video below and get a full recap of everything related to this game in the broadcast.
Here's a bit about the game:
"The story begins when the legendary Mt. Kafuku is covered by an evil defilement and the 12 masks, including their special powers, are stolen. Our protagonist, Soh, must work together with Yoshiro, the Maiden with divine powers, to purge and cleanse the villages of the defilement.
"The masks worn by Soh and the villagers each feature a different divine power, and these powers are the key to protecting Yoshiro. As you cleanse additional villages from their evil defilement, you’ll recover more masks and work together with the various villagers that each mask unlocks to bring Mt. Kafuku back to its original beauty."
In addition to a demo for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, Capcom also today announced the release date for Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, revealing it will be returning this September. And along with this, it had a surprise update on Resident Evil - confirming a new game is in development.
Will you be trying out this demo? Let us know in the comments.

Has some Onimusha vibes.
Played some of the demo last night it's really not my type of game I didn't enjoy it
Soooo excited for this game!
@Savage_Joe I'm in the U.S. and I had to search for it. The GP tile leads right to preinstall for the full game, but no mention of the demo.
