Update: This latest batch of Xbox 360 deals is now live, but Microsoft says it's still investigating why certain games either aren't showing up at all, or aren't showing the correct price. The titles that have been mentioned are:
- Burnout 3: Takedown
- Fight Night Round 3
- Frogger: Hyper Arcade Edition
- Harry Potter for Kinect
- Just Dance Kids 2014
- LEGO Harry Potter
- NFS Undercover
- Voodoo Dice
"We’re aware that a few games are still not showing the correct price or are not showing on the Store – we’re continuing to investigate."
Original story: We're getting much closer to the end of the Xbox 360 store on July 29th, and as promised, Microsoft has decided to discount another batch of digital games today, giving you a chance to pick them up before they're delisted permanently.
The folks over at Xbox Wire have picked these up, and they amount to around 90 discounts in total. Keep in mind that these are on top of the previous Xbox 360 batch - all of those games are also still reduced in price.
Additionally, if you're interested in grabbing any original Xbox games on this list (such as the beloved Burnout 3: Takedown), you will need to make sure your console is fitted with an "official Xbox 360 Hard Drive".
Here's the list of Xbox 360 discounts that are going live today, June 18th. At the time of writing, we're still waiting for the price reductions to appear on the Xbox 360 marketplace.
As with last time, some of the games in this list have since received more modern versions for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, so keep that in mind before buying them. The vast majority of titles in the table are not backwards compatible with modern consoles, although there are a few exceptions
For those who are specifically interested in buying digital-only Xbox 360 games, we've highlighted those elsewhere on Pure Xbox, and we recently shared a list of all the Xbox 360 exclusive titles that are getting delisted as well:

Finally. I've been waiting on news on this. Every time I fire up the 360 no deals have been showing.
Now just gotta compare these against digital monster nly things that were never made backwards compatible.
Am I missing something, or are the prices on the online marketplace not updated? Need for Speed Most Wanted's meant to be 90% off but shows as $20? Do I need to dig out my old 360, or will the price update at some point later today / tomorrow?
This is so confusing. I own a Series X. Where can I find a list of 360 titles, available on X, that are going to be discontinued?
@Daniel1221 They're not updated yet. Xbox must have revealed the list early... keep an eye out over the next few hours.
@MattyPrime That's not what's happening here. None of the Xbox 360 games that are playable on Xbox One / Series X / Series S are being delisted as part of the store closure.
@FraserG Thanks for clarifying! Wondered if I was doing something wrong or going mad - both of which wouldn't surprise me!
It’s kinda brutal how in the very very very last 360 sale, Sega still refuses to acknowledge 06. Hilarious. 😆
Wow. That is a really thorough list.
I'm still waiting for the Brothers in Arms series to go on sale. Also, slight tangent but now Capcom are going all out with their IPs, maybe we can get a whole new current gen Dead Rising? That series was pure goofy fun.
Is anyone else unable to make purchases on this store front? I can’t add a card or use my MS Account credit on either my 360 or the website.
Is this sale live now? I checked earlier and Xbox Wire stated they are still working on updating the list
None of what I had on my list is on sale. That's too bad. I'll still pick up a few of them! Yes, even Sonic The Hedgehog 2006!
Looks like it just went live on East Coast.
I'm wondering if buying Black on 360 marketplace for a mere $1 will also apply to the version of Black on the Xbone & XSX store?
EDIT: Can confirm it appears as "Owned" and works perfectly on XSX. What a deal for $1. 😄
Has the sale appeared in the UK yet? When I checked last night, everything was still full priced.
@Arcticpandapopz it looks like it is however the list has changed - NFS Undercover for one has been delisted altogether from the store (the dlc is all that remains)
Why is Harry Potter Kinect there. It had been delisted 🤣
@Only1PJA Thanks. I'll check out the deals after work. I wonder if any dlc is on sale.
@Arcticpandapopz I hadn’t seen any on sale…but equally hadn’t had chance to look - it didn’t appear that the NFS Undercover dlc was on sale but that doesn’t mean other games’ dlc isn’t
bought remember me on my xbox 360 for £1.49 bargain
A list of games that will work via backwards compatibility or will free upgrade to "next gen" would be nice.
Really wish they would've announced these way early... would've saved me a lot of money as someone who hates to wait last minute. Anyhow even if you don't have a 360 anymore, would recommend buying BLACK through the 360 online store for 99 cents since it is BC.
@FraserG could you please raise awareness of broken season passes on xbox 360, L.A. Noire, Gears of War 3, Fry cry 4, Rabbids Invasion: The Interactive TV Show, At present if you buy any of them you will be unable to download the content they allow. Getting a refund out of microsoft is proving to be a real pain as well.
delisted games has done a story as well.

@Fallingshadow Thanks for bringing this to my attention, I'll look into it and see if we can squeeze something in this week.
Article has been updated with a new message from Xbox:
"We’re aware that a few games are still not showing the correct price or are not showing on the Store – we’re continuing to investigate. We will follow up when we have more information to share."
Does nobody notice that both here and on Xbox Wire itself it says Rush n Attack Ex Patriot is on sale, but instead it is standard Rush n Attack that is on sale, and the link goes to? I am disappointed by this, as I actually want Ex Patriot.
So I purchased an old platformer called Fancy Pants Adventures for $1, yet it doesn't show up on my series X at all in my full library nor does it show when searching the store.
I guess I just tossed a dollar out the window. 😑
Apparently Harry Potter for Kinect was relisted just for this sale, because you can buy it again now. That's a thing.
