MachineGames is firing on all cylinders with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and a fresh Indy deep dive has us extremely excited for this globetrotting adventure. Expect to be going hands on with this new Indy title on Xbox in 2024, and in the meantime, we certainly recommend giving the above trailer a good watch!
This Xbox Showcase reveal contained a nice mix of gameplay and cutscenes, and we must admit, it's all looking pretty stellar, isn't it? The animation work during cutscenes looks particularly impressive - it feels like we're watching a new Indiana Jones movie at times!
Unfortunately the trailer didn't deliver a locked-in release date, but Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is being whipped into shape for an Xbox Game Pass release in 2024. In the meantime, here are some fresh screenshots from the team:
Well, are we all hyped for Indiana Jones? Tell us down below!

This continues to look excellent.
This is my most anticipated game of the year. Looks amazing.
Looks like this one might be absolutely remarkable. I’m definitely excited for it. Wish there was a release date, so I could mark my calendar! Might be Xbox’s first chance to turn around that narrative about Xbox Game Studios being behind Sony.
Looked good but would have liked to see a little bit more flowing gameplay not just short clips. Still not sure it will play well
Have they announced the ps5 release date yet?
this really nails the feel of the early movies, can't wait for this!
The trailer looks great. I think that Fable, Perfect Dark and Indiana Jones are going to be three of the highlights this generation.
Is this a game or a movie? I hope it will be great, but this trailer tells me nothing.
this looks great but I was absolutely shocked at no release date
This wasn't the gameplay deep dive was it? This was mostly cinematic.
Will be taking work off for this
Can we take a second to appreciate the extraordinary Harrison Ford impression that Troy Baker did, here ? I was literally listening to the real Indiana Jones ! Or at least, I thought I was.
Also, the writing and directing in this sequence was so spot on : a perfect Indy adventure, far more enjoyable, in my opinion, than the last movie.
I'm sold !
@Bobobiwan I agree!
