June's 'Redacted Direct' following the Xbox Games Showcase this year is already pretty-much confirmed to be about the next Call of Duty, and although that's not been confirmed by Microsoft yet - developer Treyarch has started teasing Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 today.
The long-time CoD dev is now hosting a cryptic website called 'thetruthlies', and the site features a short video clip embedded into a digital TV set. You can mess about with up to six channels on the set (another hint at the game's title), with the rest of the channels expected to switch on in the coming days.
If you don't fancy messing about with the site itself, here's the clip on social media:
Once all the scary-looking soldiers have finished doing their thing, the first clip pans around to an image of Mount Rushmore - where Black Ops themed banners have been placed over the four faces. Three of those banners read 'THE TRUTH LIES', while the final banner shows the exact same logo that was teased for Xbox's Redacted Direct.
Anyway, yep, this looks very much like one of the Black Ops teasers of old, and we can expect to see more of these appear in the coming weeks. Then, the curtain should be properly pulled back on June 9th, when the next Call of Duty Black Ops title is set to be fully revealed.
