Following last week's premiere of the Fallout series, Amazon's Prime Video service has now officially confirmed a second season is on the way.
This information was shared by the Fallout account on social media. No specific release date has obviously been shared at this stage, as the first season has only just been made available.
Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer also used this moment as an opportunity to welcome newcomers to the world of Fallout - acknowledging how Xbox and Microsoft (since the acquisition of Bethesda and its parent company) offer a "deep lineup of Fallout games" across multiple devices.
The Fallout games, including Fallout 76, have enjoyed a resurgence since the release of the new Prime series - with multiple games topping Xbox's game charts recently. Fallout 4's next-generation Xbox Series X|S update has also been locked in for next week.
