If you were keeping a close eye on the Xbox Store over Christmas, you may have noticed a new free game called Pixel Strike 3D that arrived on December 22nd, and it's already become the "Top Free Game" on the Xbox charts in the UK.

You might have heard of Pixel Strike 3D before, and that's because it's been a hit on mobile for a while, racking up over 5 million downloads on the Google Play Store. It's now obviously making its Xbox debut, and clearly it's proving popular so far - it also has a pretty decent 3.8/5 rating on the UK Xbox Store based on over 400 user reviews.

The game itself is described as a multiplayer first-person shooter featuring fast-paced gameplay and lots of customisation, allowing you to compete in over 20 unique game modes - from standard Deathmatches and Capture the Flag contests, to more casual activities like Dodgeball and Duck Hunt!

We haven't got around to trying Pixel Strike 3D on Xbox yet, but given that it's entirely free to download, it's definitely worth a try! You can grab it right now on the Xbox Store for Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
