As part of January's Forza Monthly livestream, developer Turn 10 has announced that the world-famous Nürburgring Nordschleife track heads to Forza Motorsport next month.
The Nordschleife layout — which was missing from the latest Forza title at launch — comes in tandem with Update 5; the upcoming patch for last year's racer. Previously arriving in 'Spring 2024', it looks like the 20KM+ track is ready to go a little earlier than anticipated.
The team says you can expect to see the track in action during February's Forza Monthly livestream, alongside its "accompanying career tour, cars and multiplayer events". Specific dates haven't been announced for all of this just yet, but we'd expect the livestream and Update 5 to arrive in the back half of February.
"The Nordschleife is a testament to racing history with a notorious reputation. Legends have been born on this track, while others have suffered tough defeats. With several challenging turns, steep climbs, and long straights – not to mention an elevation of nearly 300 meters – the Nordschleife is the ultimate test of endurance for racers and manufacturers alike."
As for the rest of the update, Turn 10 has detailed some of what it's aiming to deliver in a recent blog post. Additionally, the team says that it's "begun collecting feedback from various sources" in relation to three specific areas of improvement - but these fixes won't arrive until later patches.
Are you excited to race around Nürburgring Nordschleife next month? Go ahead and discuss down below.

At last. Been waiting for a reason to reinstall it.
Yes ! Nür is particularly great in Gran Turismo, i hope this will be as good.
Looking forward to this track, especially with all the different permutations that will be available (day/night, wet/dry etc). Please fix the AI though - fed up with cars braking for no reason, or me getting penalised when they hit me 🙄
Ah more "built from the ground up" content. Turn 10 is absolutely killing it...
Killing the Forza series that is.
@GarbonZoni Me too!
@BRT15

Apparently T10 tried to build it from the top down(to the ground!), alas they encountered serious problems and decided to stick with the tried and tested formula 😁....
@Sol4ris 😂
Ah, more tracks that we had in previous Forza games. I wonder if they'll add any track new to the Forza franchise or will just keep giving us what we lost.
