We recently published our huge list of major Xbox Series X|S games arriving in 2024, but what about the lesser-known indie titles? Indie games in general don't get as much attention as their AAA counterparts, and while we'd love to give them all a great deal of coverage, there's unfortunately just not enough time in the day for that!
So, we're trying something a bit different here. Going forward, we'll pick out ten Xbox indie games that are set to release every month, starting with January 2024. Some of these you might have heard of (especially the Xbox Game Pass titles), but we're hoping at least a few of them will be total surprises that could pique your interest.
Of course, this isn't an exhaustive list of every Xbox game arriving in 2024, so if you want the entire selection (that we're updating on a near-daily basis), you'll want to check out our New Xbox Games Release Dates in 2024 guide.

Great idea. I've looked past Go Mecha Ball in the GP listing, but after seeing it here, might be cool.
This is a great list and Turnip boy looks like a worthy sequel… the rest of the list will assuredly have some interesting gameplay!
Redwall, that takes me back several decades!
Good looking stuff.
I just started book one of Redwall with my son two nights ago, he’ll be excited for a game set in that world.
Great list to start things off 👍. They all sound like well worth dipping into. Personally looking forward to Electrician Simulator and Redwall.
I love this as a feature! I tend to enjoy indie games best. I just picked up Howl on Switch and really enjoy it so far. I have seen it compared to into the breach, and I agree in the main (great little strategy levels, and you know what the enemies will do as you move forward) although I find it much more chill, since you can retry levels. Great little game for the price
