No Man's Sky has been growing and growing in recent years, especially when you consider the shape of the game at launch, and well - the developer has announced its long-in-development follow-up.
'Light No Fire' is the next big project from Hello Games; the small indie team behind No Man's Sky. Hello Games' Sean Murray says this next title is 'more ambitious' than No Man's Sky, although we should all probably reserve judgment on that until the game actually launches.
For now, the game has been announced for Steam, with the team yet to detail additional platforms at the time of writing. Here's what you can expect from Light No Fire when it eventually arrives:
"Light No Fire is a game about adventure, building, survival and exploration together. Set on a fantasy planet the size of Earth, it brings the depth of a role playing game to the freedom of a survival sandbox."

Unique Sci-fi is where it's at, most novel. Not this medieval fantasy garbage, all done to death
This developer has a thing for three word game titles - lol!
You can be a bunny!
It looked absolutely incredible, especially for a small-medium team, but keeping my feet firmly on the ground this time.
Let's all remember what happened the last time these guys did something ambitious 😂
To be fair to them, No Man's Sky now is great but it's practically night and day compared to No Man's Sky at launch.
was he trying to say this is real open world is the size of earth and everyone will play together?
It looks almost like a prequel to NMS. You can definitely see the influence. It looks good. Here's hoping they learned their lesson from the original, albeit disastrous, release of NMS.
The logo reminds me of the NMS Atlas, it would be nice if this game expands on the lore or is some way linked.
This is certainly something I'll keep my eye on, I just hope Sean Murray doesn't over promise too much
