Is Vision of Mana the first Mana game on Xbox? Looks great, looking forward to it. Phil & friends i give you my thanks for this effort.
Funny how some people watch the show just for these announcements when all you have to do is click on an article like this shortly after.
Everything skippable, except:
Last Sentinel
Last Sentinel
Last Sentinel
This is where it's at, Unique Sci-Fi.
@SAHgamer speak for yourself…
@BolkaRover
Yep, impossible to do otherwise
The Sega announcements were the highlight for me. Everything else was alright. Blade could be interesting. It will at least shut up those saying MS needs a super hero marvel game.
Last Sentinel looks interesting.
Nice to see Moon (Ori) and Finji (Tunic) with new projects.
It’d be cool if JP Survival was an actual survival game but it presents as a scripted linear story game.
@SAHgamer not really. Instead of saying ‘everything shippable’ you could have assessed it from an Xbox wide point of view or a business point of view. Or a simple ‘IN MY OPINION everything is skippable apart from ….’.
This is better than summershowcases for me.
CrazyTaxi, SOR, Golden Axe, Monster Hunter and a new Mana game… Bulders Gate out now. Wow.
is it just me or many of the new announcements look very similar? like very generic scifi games with characters using similar armors and helmets?
Oh guys would be helpful to have Xbox exclusives in a separate tab so that we know what is XGS and what will be coming to game pass 👍
Well Xbox built it up again before the show and reading this morning. There was nothing really major?! Except the announcement of blade. (Not to say what 3rd party announced isn’t good)
Why do Xbox do this regularly?
There were an insane number of good reveals, especially in the first half, noted over 30 games I was interested in. Just a shame it lulled towards the end.
New games on my list are Blade and OD. Pretty good show overall.
@jikflet Yup! I kept thinking this a lot while watching the show.
After really solid Sonic 3D and 2D games, Sega is firing on all cylinders, finally! Thank you Microsoft for luring Square Enix back, but still they have to give us a few games we've missed, hopefully soon. Baldur's Gate 3 finally arrived. New Monster Hunter game... A lot of traditional games along with the unavoidable Fortnite wannabes ("free-to-play shooter"). Regarding Xbox, I'm only missing more Rare IPs revived. That would make the Xbox library complete.
@BolkaRover Sorry but isn't boring/stupid to start every comment in a comments section with "in my opinion"? It's obvious that everyone is posting their opinions about the games. As long as they respect the other users, everything is alright.
I enjoyed it to be honest for what it was I was disappointed about the gamepass reveals though no shadow drops.Hellblade 2 looks amazing and blade well who's knows on that one?
@jikflet I noticed a lot of generic scfi games either that Or Japanese anime games
Glad to see SE bringing Visions of Mana to Xbox 🤙 glad to see a new title since the relationship “patched” up
Hellblade 2 looks incredible, those facial expressions/animations😳..
Over on Eurogamer there's no mention of Hellblade 2 at all, nada. It looks like getting Starfield very, very late for reviews seriously pi**ed them off😅😅.
@Sol4ris If your lucky, there might be a game hidden in it? Seriously, its decent tech, but it appears to be making a movie, not a game, so I fail to see why its exciting?
What about this, is exciting FOR A GAME? Ive probably missed something, I often do, so please tell me why this will be a good game? I hated the first and didnt bother finishing it, so I need to know they understand game play and Ive seen nothing at all to suggest thats the case.
I have no intention to troll here, im genuinely interested in why anyone sees this and says 'that will play great'.
@Titntin

Its fine mate, I can see how you would not be impressed by this, especially if the first game didn't do anything for you.
But I loved everything about it, the mature mental illness themes, the incredible sound design and character acting, the complementary art direction, all sublime(for me).
The sequel looks to be taking all of that to the next level, so yes I'm definitely chuffed for it 😄.
@Sol4ris Ok, Im getting you. Thanks for the reply. Im sure it will be dripping with atmosphere, as indeed the first game was.
It just strikes me that we know nothing about the gameplay at all, and every release about the game from them, talks about some minor point of rendering, nothing at all about the gameplay involvement which could be quick time button presses for all we know!
As its the gameplay I want to experience, I cant possibly be excited for it yet. I enjoyed heavenly sword, so maybe theres a chance I'll come to love it 😀
@Sol4ris game looks absolutely incredible. i loved the first one and this looks even better. This, blade, visions of mana on xbox, kojima on xbox, jordan peele, well deserve awards for xbox?
Man, I am so excited for the future of xbox.
Honestly the biggest news at the game awards is skull and bones has a release date.
@GuyinPA75 I'll believe the Skull and Bones date the day after it releases and not a minute before.
Anyone else starting to think that Hellblade 2 is going to come out next fall? I'm starting to think that we get Towerborne and Ara in the first half of the year and Hellblade and Avowed in the fall. Which would be a bit of a disappointment...
@Banjo- Agreed…if I am saying it, it is obviously my opinion, as is the case for anyone else.
@PsBoxSwitchOwner nothing really major? Last Sentinel, OD, Blade, Hellblade 2, monster hunter wilds, The First descendant Khazan, Jurassic Survival, Tales of Kenzera, SEGA, The Casting of Frank Stone ... just a few I can recall. Imo was a great show and tons games to look forward to in next couple years.
@jedinite @J_Mo_Money I agree. I was expecting one surprise or so and we got plenty of good stuff for Xbox, now with Square Enix back.
@QuoVadis Indeed.
@Sol4ris They should change their name to PSwitchgamer already.
@Banjo-
They should change their name to PSwitchgamer already
In fairness, maybe they just try to cater more for the consoles with the larger base.
