Update: We've got a surprise to add to the list in the form of a 10-hour trial for Diablo 4!
The news about this has been covered elsewhere on Pure Xbox, so we'll link to that story below:
Original story: Your latest set of Xbox Free Play Days titles is now live! We have three games to go at this week, including the recently released NBA 2K24 on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Here are your Xbox Free Play Days titles for this weekend:
As normal, you'll need Xbox Game Pass Core (formerly Xbox Live Gold) or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to take part in this Free Play Days promotion. The above titles are playable for free from today until late on Sunday, October 22nd.
Both Hokko Life and Lawn Mowing Simulator are 60% off as part of this week's Xbox deals, while both versions of NBA 2K24 have Xbox Game Pass discounts at the time of writing. You can always take advantage of these sales if you'd like to keep playing any of these titles beyond this Sunday!
Xbox Free Play Days - How To Download The Games
- Search for the game on the Xbox Store
- Hit the "Install, Included with Gold" or "Free Trial" button
- Play the game!
Will you be trying out any of these games this weekend? Let us know down below.

Not sure why they bother with the NBA license anymore - 2K. Every year the game seems to be available to play earlier for free weekends and discounted or put on sale sooner. Can't be anywhere near as successful as it used to be.
Free Play Days offers more value than the lost Games with Gold which people seem to forget. Offering more recent titles albeit for a limited time.
@thebizniznizbiz it's literally the only NBA title on the market. You don't think it's successful?
@armondo36 It's popularity as a full priced title is dwindling at a rate of knots on a yearly basis - is what I'm saying. Most people are either holding onto last years, or the year's before, knowing there'll only be incremental changes. Best case, they are waiting until the latest version is available for peanuts.
@thebizniznizbiz yea that's what I'm doing, keeping last year's title, the new one isn't worth it. EA needs to bring back NBA Live, for competition.
