Random: Fake 'Halo 3 Remastered' Ads Appear On Times Square Billboard

'Halo 3 Remastered' doesn't exist in any form right now — at least as far as we know publicly — but the small fact that it's not a real thing doesn't seem to be stopping some Halo fans from pretending to believe.

As we've spotted over on the Halo subreddit, some fans of the series appear to be paying to plaster fake Halo 3 ads all over New York City's Times Square. This is pretty amusing we must admit - we never knew it was this easy to just get whatever you want showcased in the famous square!

Of course, you only get a limited amount of time to show off your creation - which this lot have done to announce a fictional '3.28.2024' release date for a fake video game release. Have a look at the billboard ad in all its glory down below:

They've opted to theme the ad around the original Halo 3's 'Believe' marketing campaign, which funnily enough, became 15 years old pretty recently. Imagine if Xbox brought back a similar ad theme for a remaster? We can dream... or, we can pretend this billboard is official while we wait. Yep, we'll do just that!

Can you believe this is so easy to do?! Let us know which dream Xbox game you'd showcase in Times Square down below!
