Today's Ubisoft Forward 2023 event treated us to a first look at gameplay for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, which is coming to Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S (along with PS5 and PC) on December 7th, 2023!
Above, you can watch the World Premiere Trailer which opened the event, while below we've also included the Official Game Overview Trailer, which gives us a proper look at raw gameplay from the title.
We don't know about you, but we think this is looking really good so far!
Here's a bit more information about Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora ahead of its release this year:
"Set in the never-before-seen Western Frontier of Pandora, you play as a child of two worlds, born Na’vi but raised by the RDA. Fifteen years later, you are free, but find yourself a stranger in your birthplace. Reconnect with your lost heritage, discover what it truly means to be Na’vi, and join other clans to protect Pandora from the RDA."

I wanted to enjoy it but I just couldn't
Looked impressive, seemed 'interesting' in concept but can't help feel its somewhat 'Far Cry' ish underneath that skin...
Not a major issue, as long as its done well and expands on the source material in a positive way...
Don't care for Avatar, but as a stand-alone gaming experience this sold me. I'm in. Maybe not day one, maybe yes. All depends how full my hands are at the time.
@Tharsman Yeah this has ubisoft 50% sale after 3 months kind of vibes. I think I will pick it up on a sale.
that Avatar game looks great im in
Way of the Water is a great movie, didn't care for the first one but I've always found this IP interesting. Looking forward to learning more about the game, it's been one on my list since I knew about it.
This actually looks like a lot of fun if they can pull it off. They have the look and visuals down... I'm just hoping the gameplay feels as smooth as it looks it could be.
I've waited a long time to lay eyes on this game and it's everything I wanted and imagined. It's so lush and vibrant. It really captures Pandora well.
Definitely looking forward to this one.
Captured on ps5, baad
