Still no date for Darktide on Xbox in case anyone's wondering.
Space Marine 2 looks incredible though 😍
@FraserG was gonna ask exactly this. Shame.
A controller? What a surprise!
@FraserG is it true Rogue Trader is releasing day 1 on Xbox X/S?
@Fenbops It's been announced as coming to Xbox in the past, but they only seem to be talking about PC at the moment. Today's trailer didn't include an Xbox logo (just Steam and GOG).
The FAQ says this:
"WHICH PLATFORMS WILL ROGUE TRADER BE AVAILABLE ON?
The current pre-order is for the PC version only. It will be available on Steam, GOG, and EGS."
@FraserG cheers for clarifying:)
@Fishticon well we were short on variants.
Man a lot of good looking trailers dropped and I really want to be excited for WH games given you've got absolute classics like Dawn of War and the first Space Marine. The problem is Games Workshop's approach to giving out the WH license to devs appears to be just throw licenses at everyone and their dog.
Hive Wars and Hired Gun looked incredible from their trailers and I really wanted to play them, but goddamn are they terrible games in reality.
I really want Rogue Trader to actually be good.
I loved the first Space Marine. Was going to order the Collector's Edition of the second game. I had just about convinced myself to splurge the £230 that it cost, but the addition £32.50 for delivery was just a big fat hell no. How on Earth does it cost that much? Is it delivered by someone wearing white gloves, driving a Bentley? I could have swallowed the usual £5 for delivery by DPD, but over thirty quid is just greedy and egregious....
@Chinesus I'm more of a Age of Sigmar guy myself so I really hope Realms of Ruin will be good. Even preordered Stormground (naive I know) back in the day, still think the game in its core is quite fun and still do return to it from time to time but the devs abandoned it rather quickly. Damn shame, I saw a pontential in its multiplayer. Hopefully one day I'll get a good Age of Sigmar game
Kinda wish I could play space marine 1 on the Xbox. Gonna need to take that pc out at some point
@Vepra I've always been a little disappointed that Age of Sigmar doesn't seem to get nearly as much love as 40K gets, which is a damn shame because it seems like it would be a really cool world to explore.
Realms of Ruin does look really good, I saw "AoS RTS" and instantly started hoping for an AoS DoW.
